Change of Mind
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Goods must be faulty in order to qualify for a refund or replacement. We may, however, at our own discretion choose to issue an exchange or store credit if agreed to prior and goods are returned unused, in their original packaging.
If your goods are found to be faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. A staff member will be in touch with you within 72 hours to assist in remedying the issue. Where goods are found to be faulty through manufacture, replacements will be issued.
